Haein Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1991. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Hogik University in Korea and continued her studies at the Düsseldorf Art Academy until 2023, under the guidance of Professor Andreas Schulze.
Drawing inspiration from her isolated childhood and everyday life, Haein Choi creates unique landscapes and still-life artwork. Her talent has been recognized through nominations for the NRW Bank Art Prize and her participation in the exhibition 'die Grosse' at Kunsthalle Düsseldorf. She has also been featured in the independent art magazine´Salat Magazine´.
